Looks like the "deploy.wsm.beehive.runtime" target didn't make it into the
trunk/test/ant/webappRuntime.xml file, though it is in the distribution.
We should add this target and then file another issue to clean this up so it's
easier to use / maintain for the distribution and for the tree.
