On the table of required jars for Beehive, servletapi.jar is listed as needed
to be under a web app's WEB-INF/lib directory. This is a mistake, the servlet
container won't load a web app's own servlet classes, it is a spec violation
(Servlet Spec 2.3, section 9.7.2).
