Pageflow Tutorial needs import to be bold

In the page flow tutorial (docs/pageflow/tutorial_pageflow.html) the section
labeled "To Edit the Controller File to Handle the Submitted Data" you should
bold the import at the top of the file: "import forms.ProfileForm;". This is in
bold in the docs on the incubator site, but when I built my own dist from the
SVN sources, it wasn't.
