Scott--You're right.  I'd forgotten that <junitreport> generates its own XML 
file for the purposes of doing the XSLT.  Thing was that an ignore whitespace 
diff or the two files produces no fundamental differences, but the second XML 
file isn't suitable for the aggregation.

Will have a fix in momentarily.
