OK, this works in two ways.
First, by calling the addAttribute method on a TreeElement or using the
TreeHtmlAttribute you can apply multiple attributes to any TreeElement.
Second, I added the ability to add attributes to the root <div>. To do this
you need to use the <netui:attribute> tag.
