Daryl Olander resolved BEEHIVE-256:
-----------------------------------

Assign To: Alejandro Ramirez (was: Daryl Olander)
    Resolution: Fixed

I've added the ability to order the options within a repeating select. The way
this works is that you can set the repeatingOrder attribute with a comma
separated string of the options. The legal values are "option, dataSource,
default, and null".

If the string contains invalid option values, there should be an error. This
will allow you to set which options display and the order of display.

> We need the ability to order the output into a select box. For example, the
> where do the defaultValue and null values come needs to be configurable.
