Jeremiah Johnson updated BEEHIVE-151:
-------------------------------------

    Attachment: sectionNumberPatch.txt

The redundant section numbers in the PDF are a side-effect of the hard-coded
section numbers in the Forrest source documents. Here is a patch to remove the
hard-coded sections numbers and resolve both issues that Kyle identified.

> I'm making some minor edits to the Controls Programming Model doc (now in
> Forrest) and noticed a couple of issues with the section numbering:
> - the raw Forrest XML files contain hardcoded section numbers inside the
> section titles. This causes pain and potential errors if you need to move or
> add sections, as you have to manually modify all the following section
> numbers. This seems like something Forrest should handle automagically.
> - while validating the PDF document, I noticed that the initial table of
> contents actually lists the section numbers twice before the section title.
> I don't know if this is a side effect of the hardcoding issue or not.
