The deploy target currently depends on revision.label which execs svnversion. If you have SVN installed, then be sure that svnversion is in your path before running the build. If you don't have SVN installed, then you will have to make the following change for now to your build.xml to finish your build:
- <target name="deploy" description="Deploy Beehive" depends="revision.label"> + <target name="deploy" description="Deploy Beehive"> In short, you need to removedthe dependency on the revision.label target. That will build everything okay, but it won't be good if you want to use the build.dist target. - jeremiah -----Original Message----- From: McCarty, Greg [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, March 03, 2005 5:43 AM To: Beehive Developers Subject: Build failure This morning I updated beehive and followed it with my standard build sequence (ant clean deploy docs). It failed in <beehivehome>/build.xml, line 39. The target is "revision.label" The last few lines displayed are vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv clean: [delete] Deleting directory C:\Development\e-beehive\build revision.label: [mkdir] Created dir: C:\Development\e-beehive\build BUILD FAILED C:\Development\e-beehive\build.xml:39: Execute failed: java.io.IOException: Crea teProcess: svnversion . error=2 Total time: 2 seconds C:\Development\e-beehive> ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^ The line in the build file is <exec executable="svnversion" outputproperty="svn.revision"> <arg value="."/> </exec> So, there seems to be some new dependency here.
