example in page flow users guide needs a minor fix

The example in the Page Flow Users Guide (pageflow/guide.html)
the section about "Navigation", the jsp example has a netui:anchor
tag that uses the action "toPageB". However, the example of the
Controller, the method name for the action is navigate(). It should
probably be toPageB().
And two very little typo nits...
- Page Flow Controllers page (pageflow/pageflow_controllers.html) has a
minor typo in the TOC outline at the top. It has a link to...
"Actions Methods"
^^^
rather than
"Action Methods"
- The Shared Flow document (pageflow/sharedFlow.html) has a similar
typo in the last sentence of the first paragraph in the Introduction.
It states, "... to provides common", but maybe this should be
"...to provide common", without the 's'.
