The javadoc in the DefaultServletContainerAdapter says to use the system
property beehive.productionmode to override the default mode; however, the code
has a typo and is actually looking for the property beehive.produtionmode
(notice that there should be a 'c' in production.
The flag works as expected when using the typo'd property.
