Description:
This issue is demonstrated as of svn rev159312. Pageflow files for repro will
be attached shortly.
Repro: Unzip the latest jira470.ZIP attached into the root directory of a
pageflow webapp template which can be abtained from beehive distribution under
samples - netui-blank. Build the webapp with the build files provided under
WEB-INF/src.
Expected: A compiler warning that indicates the index.jsp referenced by begin
action is not available.
