The following patch will fix the ResponseWrapper implementation
such that the TestRecorder can now process the response output
stream correctly and support (record and display) multibyte
characters. Test files are also included.
There is still an issue with regards to correctly recording
the URL encoded multibyte characters within a request. This
change handles UTF-8. However, I will log a separate improvement
request to modify the test recorder by adding a field to a test
that defines what encoding should be used for the escaped
bytes in a URL request.
