Resolution: Fixed
This was an oversite. I added the alt text to the information generated for
each tree and then update the alt text on the images when the source for the
image is updated.
This is a 508 complience issue.
There are a bunch of tests in the tree that do client expand/contract so I
didn't create an explicit test case.
