We need to add a way to run JSF integration tests as part of the Beehive test
distribution. Currently these can only be run from the source tree. This will
likely involve using the myfaces binaries as part of the test dist and copying
them into the test webapp when appropriate as we are not shipping myfaces (or
the reference implementation) in Beehive.
