Attachment: template-patch.txt
The attached patch modifies the schema file, url-template-config.xsd,
to define elements in place of the couple of attributes that were
present. I also added the targetNamespace attribute to the schema
element with the URI,
http://beehive.apache.org/netui/2004/server/url-template-config.
The URLTemplatesFactory class was updated to handle the changes to
the schema. The url-template-config.xml file in the urlTemplates
test web app was also updated.
Other minor schema change...
I also modified the default values of the url-encode-urls and
html-amp-entity in the netui-config schema. I think the default
values should be true, corresponding to the expected default
behavior.
