In an effort to leverage Ant to handle running Java across various platforms,
the .bat / .sh scripts used in controls performance testing should be removed.
These files are:
./controls/test/perf/bin/benchmark.bat
./controls/test/perf/bin/perf.bat
./controls/test/perf/bin/run.bat
./controls/test/perf/perfEnv.bat
and their .sh counterparts.
