Agreed. I left the (docs|lib|src) part out, though the priority right now is just getting the full release onto the server.
Personally, I think that the date and rev need to be reversed so that it's <date>-<rev> since on the day, there could be many revs, this seems like a reasonable choice.
I did mess the date format up -- should be more sortable as yyyymmDD as you point out.
Thanks.

I think that you should keep the dist-type in the name (i.e. apache-beehive-incubating-(docs|lib|src|)-<date>-<svn-rev>.(zip|tar.gz)) . Also, note that you have swapped the date and rev from the last attempt at nightlies - not a big deal.
Please consider using a more sortable date format like YYYYMMDD than the previous attempt at nightlies; especially if you leave the date in front of the rev.

All--
I'll be doing work over the next day or so to produce Beehive nightlies which will be available from:
http://cvs.apache.org/dist/incubator/beehive/nightlies/
My current plan is this:
- build the nightlies locally and FTP to cvs.apache.org until someone has the chance to migrate this onto Apache infrastructure
- the name of the zips will look something like:
apache-beehive-incubating-<date>-<svn-rev>.(zip|tar.gz)
- the directory name will be the version #, date, and SVN revision
dist/incubator/beehive/nightlies/<date>/
- supporting Ant infrastructure will go into trunk/ant/nightly.xml
Comments welcome.
Eddie
