The attached diff contains the code fixes for the following:
Moved DataStoreException to an unchecked exception caught in the SharedFlow.
Changed code to reflect this.
Removed checkAddressExists from AddressControl
Removed PetstoreController since it is never used
Added an HTTPUnit test to test adding accounts
Various bug fixes and code tweaks
