The wsdl for:
http://localhost:8080/wsm-samplesWS/web/webparam/WebParamDocumentLiteralSample.jws?wsdl
generates header elements that contain "namespace" attribute.
<wsdlsoap:header message="impl:getPhoneNumberInHeaderRequest"
namespace="http://webparam.web"; part="address" use="literal">
The namespacde attribute should not be included for header.
