Project browing trees in Doc page can not be collapsed in IE

The index page looks different in IE from the look when you open it in fairfox.
Figured the problem is that the project browsing panel is always expanded.
Tried to collapse them, failed. It looks very nice in fairfox and verything can
be expanded or collapse. Will attach the screeen shots of bot IE and firefox.
