I have updated the wsm-addressbook-enahced.  

My suggestion is to remove wsm-sample as a sample.  I think after V1 it
would be better to clean up the wsm-samples and package them as unit
testing rather than sample.  It would give the WSM coverage for
annotations, and also the test cases can be used as by developers as
examples also.
