Just as a FYI, I'm investigating this right now. The major issue appears to be xmlbeans version compat; Geronimo is internally still using a pre 1.0.4 version of xmlbeans.
There's at least one minor netui code change I needed in order to make progress, involving the classloader used to load the default netui config file. I'll open a JIRA issue. thanks, k
