Sorry - I should have noted this in the first email:

samples/wsm-addressbook-fromWSDL/WEB-INF/src/build.xml and
samples/wsm-blank/WEB-INF/src/build.xml are the two files that got the
value -> location change, but that need to be further updated or changed
back (just this one line).
