It had been a while since I checked in for a new version of Beets, and decided to upgrade to v1.3.19. I used PIP -U to upgrade, and though it appeared to complete successfully, the 'beets version' command is still showing 1.3.18 (which I manually installed at the time it was still in development). I tried uninstalling (with PIP) and reinstalling, and also tried specifying the specific version of 1.3.19 on the 'install' command, but the version remains 1.3.18 from the 'beets version' command.
