It had been a while since I checked in for a new version of Beets, and
decided to upgrade to v1.3.19. I used PIP -U to upgrade, and though it
appeared to complete successfully, the 'beets version' command is still
showing 1.3.18 (which I manually installed at the time it was still in
development). I tried uninstalling (with PIP) and reinstalling, and also
tried specifying the specific version of 1.3.19 on the 'install' command,
but the version remains 1.3.18 from the 'beets version' command.

Is that to be expected?
Thanks.
