No, there’s no way to undo operations that have moved files around. (Unless you have a backup, of course! Never a bad idea.)
If you don’t like the track numbers at the beginning of the filename, you can consider configuring your `paths` option to take that off. Then you can run `beet move` to apply those changes to your files.
