It is and is not a basic request.  "Basic" is such a loose term.

It doesn't really "store" the info, although a few variations on that would
be easy enough for me to show you.  The FORM ACTION is just a mailto: job. 
The source is attatched.  The other interesting thing about the code is since
I was writing it as I had time, some different implementations were used.  As
I hope you've learned somewhere along the way "There's More Than One Way To
Do It (TMTOWTDI or "Tim Toady" to pronounce).  I also will attatch the
scripts I wrote to create the URL with already known information, if I had
already gotten some of the information from a Cassified Ad.  If you have any
questions and/or would like some code on how to store these things to local
files, just e-mail me directly and I will toss something at you as quickly as
I have time to code and test it.  Have fun!
