Unsubscribing

In company with Bernhard and others I am having immense problems getting 
myself unsubscribed.

On one hand I get automated mail telling me to reply, which I duly do, then 
it tells me I'm not subscribed but clearly, I am!

Dare I suggest that this part of the service is broken?

PLEASE take me off the list!!!
