I forget which which brand I had, but I had a similar problem. I eventually
found out that the particular brand would only forward 1 port to 1 ip
address. For more services, I had to create multiple IP addresses on my
server and create the forwards to different ports.

Also, check out http://www.dslreports.com. They have a lot of information on
specific routers, and if it's a general problem, there's probably already a
searchable thread about it.
