You just have to conform to the standards published 
here :http://www.section508.gov/index.cfm?FuseAction=Content&ID=11

your  generated  forms  must contain content that is accessable by the 
visually  impaired . That can be as simple as alt tags for graphics and 
images . 


I know of no module that dose this for you ,
