Hi. I am trying to use cabal-install build reporting functionality. I've
put my username / password in my ~/.cabal/config file. Nevertheless,
when I call the "cabal report" command, it asks me for my Hackage
username and Hackage password. Is there something else I need to turn on
in the config file so it will use the username/password combo in the
config file?
