It should be in your source tree but it's also on the web at
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/CPAN/perl/README.aix.html
sh Configure -des
is usually a good place to start if you aren't familiar with compiling
perl on your platform. Not the Capital 'C' in the above command.
