I assume you have Blah.pm in the same directory as tst? -T removed .
(the cwd) from @INC, so it isn't finding it. You can a) put Blah.pm
somewhere in @INC, or b) use lib qw(.);
You may also want to read the perlsec doc, which explains more about
tainting.
