Mine as well.
I used to try to be one of these on the javascript and the HTML newsgroups,
but could never find the time to read every post, so I ended up only
replying every now and then.

(so often I got it wrong too, so this is probably a good thing :-)

Here I think you are wrong.
That page wasn't designed to make a mockery.  It was designed to help people
post more intelligent questions, that are more likely to get answered.

One of the clues about getting good answers is knowing the questions to ask,
so in that manner it is a very good page indeed.
