Premature End of Script Headers

I have been unable to get a .cgi script to work on my website.  I accessed
the error log and saw the following errors: "Premature End of Script
Headers" and "Client Sent Malformed Host Header".  Can someone please tell
me what these errors mean and how I can fix them?  Thus far I have been
unable to find any useful information on Internet.
