Again, if you told us the module you're trying to install we might know if it
will work or not.
However, that said. I would recommend you look at MRTG rather than build
this yourself. Go to freshmeat.net and search on MRTG. It runs on Win32
apparently. Dunno if it will do what you want with IP tunnels.
