Hi all! Just looked throught some standart perl modules and found something cryptic to myself:
package Module; $Module::VERSION = '1.0'; $Module::VERSION = eval $Module::VERSION; Why eval part is needed here ? Thanks PS: sorry for my english -- If you think of MS-DOS as mono, and Windows as stereo, then Linux is Dolby Digital and all the music is free... -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: beginners-unsubscr...@perl.org For additional commands, e-mail: beginners-h...@perl.org http://learn.perl.org/
