How can I make CPAN install the stuff it builds on /usr/local? I ran `o conf init' and in the resulting quiz I inserted PREFIX=/usr/local as one of flags to `make' but after installing FLV::Info using cpan.. I see its installed at /usr/lib/perl5 instead of /usr/local/lib/perl5
