It's the same with Strawberry Perl, except that with Strawberry Perl you
already have MinGW, so there's no need for the "First" step.
The above works fine for me with ActiveState Perl build 1006 (perl-5.10.1).
I haven't tested with earlier ActiveState builds, but I doubt there's any
problem with any of the recent releases.
