check out NMS versions of the classic cgi mail script. it works and it
is secure. don't reinvent this wheel one more time.

most part? why not? if it is an isp, you can always install modules in
your home dir with things like local::lib. if it is your boss, he is an
idiot. :)


Regarding CPAN...if I install as 'root', does every user on the system get the installed packages or just root?
