Hi all. I cannot install any CPAN libraries because CPAN complains that I don't have a 64 bit Make executible. I have installed the Express 2010 C++ package from Microsoft. It didn't help.
I couldn't find anything on the web that clearly indicated what was required to resolve this issue. Any help is greatly welcomed. Sean
