Brian. I shouldn't, but take a look at http://suryahunter.com/wiki/hunter/Charts/Weather/Temperature_Forecast for an example of creating a chart using Perl. DBI or DBIx::Class should make do for the database layer. You'll probably not want to use a cgi script, as that is so twelve years ago.
