Soon after your promotion there were two posts; one from Octavian asking
whether bottom posting was the rule, and the other from Ron talking
about 'List Experience'
I would appreciate a reply to both of those (although I would respect a
statement that said that rules were in flux)
This list is a valuable resource to people worldwide and you have my support
