Hi, I'm looking for a database management system + a way of writing an user interface for it in perl, preferably presented as html for the user, and with capabilities similar to what I could accomplish with the program FileMaker. As simple as possible, as I am a beginner.
Is there a way to write a perl script that upon opening it in locally in web browser would present a interface to a database that is also stored locally?
