where you will get this function:
...
$net->destroy()
  Immediately terminate the machine, and remove it from the virtual machine
monitor. The $net handle is invalid after this call completes and should
not be used again.

So, I cannot tell you how to use this exactly (since I didn't know about
this until a few minutes ago), but I assure you we will be investigating
