Oh, of course, you're right. I'm not sure what I was thinking. As to the original post: try upgrading Mail::Mailer and Net::SMTP. I've tested my versions (Mail::Mailer v1.40 and Net::SMTP v2.16) and the Bcc: header is properly removed.
