You said something about the mailbox to be used for 
*@your.comain.com right?

That is all emails sent to @companyname.co.nz end up there right?
If this is true there must be something that periodically connects to 
the mailbox, fetches the mails and distributes them somehow to 
the actual persons.

Or are you the one who is supposed to install/implement 
something like this?

Please tell us something more about what are you trying to achieve.
