There are a bunch of useful scripts at http://www.roth.net/perl/scripts. There should be one there called TCP-IP-Info.pl(I might have the name wrong) that does what you need. It looks a little cryptic at first, but if you dissect it a little you can find what you need. If you're not already suffering from email list overload :P, you might want to subscribe to the perl-ntadmins list at topica.com. There are a lot of people there who can answer Win32-specific Perl questions.
