An example.. I often have to rely on our editorial department to create links for their web articles. I've written programs for them that will auto-generate links for them, eliminating the human error factor, which was fairly common. I don't expect them to be knowledgeable about our website, and I certainly don't expect them to know how to run (or understand) "perl autogen.pl".
