RE:Ip address

Hi, I tried to get the IP address in a Win98 machine I made a perl module and I 
put it in /site/lib with .pm extension.
it is Registry98.pm

But I have this error:
Can't call method Open of a undefined value at Registry98.pm line 22

Why?
