If you are anything but a Perl expert, this is a great book to have at your side.  
Even if you are an expert, it most likely has many things to teach you still.  I 
wouldn't recommend buying from Amazon though, I have found bookpool always to been 
cheaper (http://www.bookpool.com/.x/kgyc9h3l4n/ss/1?qs=1565922433).
